5-Ingredient Cookie Dough Bites

 


These 5-ingredient, no-bake cookie dough bites are just what the doctor ordered. Refined-sugar free, gluten-free, and good for your hair, skin, and joints thanks to the secret ingredient: Collagen Peptides.

Makes about 18 mini cookie dough bites.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-natural peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup coconut flour

4 scoops collagen

3-4 tbsp mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Add the peanut butter and honey to a bowl or pot. Melt (30 seconds in the microwave, a little longer on the stove), then stir.

Add the coconut flour, collagen, and chocolate chips. Stir some more.

Scoop with a mini cookie scoop (like this) onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Freeze.

Let thaw before you indulge. Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer.
