Pretty in Pink Lattés

Pink Latte

Pink lattes are all the rage, but here’s the thing: they are fairly easy to make at home. I have a secret ingredient: beet powder. One jar has lasted me over a year, and I use it in raw dessert recipes as well. Just a pinch will do!

If you’ve tried other beet lattes and they were too earthy for you, I feel ya, and these aren’t like that. I prefer these recipes over any I've ever ordered at a café. Try one out for yourself and let me know what you think!


Pink Pomegranate Latte

This pretty-in-pink latte is filled with anti-inflammatory properties and rich in antioxidants, so it can help you glow from the inside out. 💕

1 Serving

3/4 cup brewed white pomegranate tea (Grab the tea at Trader Joe's or online.)
1/4 cup milk of your choice, warmed
1/2 tbsp coconut butter
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1/4 tsp beet powder (I use Pure Synergy- one bottle will last you a really long time!)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Add everything to a blender. Watch for the foamy perfection to take place.

Pour, sip and enjoy.


Pink Immunity Boosting Latte

1 Serving


12 oz coconut milk or your milk alternative of choice 

1 scoop Navitas Immunity blend (featuring Cordyceps, Reishi, and Probiotic enzymes)

1 scoop Natural Force Collagen Peptides or Marine Collagen (10g of clean protein) 

1 tsp Beet Powder (rich source of antioxidants and phytonutrients) 

1 tsp coconut butter


Heat coconut milk on stove. 

Add coconut milk and remaining ingredients to blender.

Pour and enjoy!
