Our time together will give you the exact steps to grow your business.

The Expansion program takes place over a 6-week period, and we’ll carve out 1-2 hours per week of intentional side-by-side time together during that window.

The program includes a personalized agenda with documented notes and homework assignments to change the trajectory of your business.

But most importantly, you’ll end our time together feeling empowered and confident, with a clear understanding of how to move forward.

And because ongoing support has been shown to speed up success, you can choose ongoing 1:1 coaching once you graduate.

 

What does our time together look like?

Once you're accepted into the program, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire to help me plan our time together. Here’s an example of what that could look like:

FIRST SESSION

Deep dive into your purpose + vision and a complete audit of what’s working and what’s not working in the business

SECOND SESSION

We’ll play with your numbers! We’ll make sure you’re charging appropriately for your services + and determine how you can reach your yearly goals.

THIRD SESSION

Tweak your marketing strategy to align with the new vision and offerings

Fourth SESSION

Level up a system or two so that you’re working smarter, not harder

FIFTH SESSION

Dive deep into your leadership skills and ensure you have the proper team to support you as you grow.

SIXTH SESSION

Recap your vision and goals, and top off any unfinished business.
