Your membership covers the curated programming and access. You’ll be responsible for your travel and lodging.
On-Shore gatherings will offer limited on-site rooms for an additional fee.

Life happens. While tickets aren’t refundable, if you can’t attend, your membership—and the momentum you’re building—doesn’t go anywhere. You’ll still receive the full value of Yacht Club through coaching, community, and everything that happens between the events.

Yacht Club Retreats are luxury, on-water experiences—coaching, rituals, celebration, and reflection. Meals included.
On-Shore Retreats are two-night working getaways in luxe accommodations focused on creation, co-working, and implementation. Some meals are included.

Your first payment holds your seat.
Remaining monthly payments take place every 30 days. This is a payment plan for your year-long membership fee.

As a Yacht Club member, you can add on 1:1 sessions with Tiffany at any time!
Tiffany only works with 10 female founders per year in her Thrive program, so getting access to her only when you need it is a real treat.

Enrollment is a binding 12-month commitment. We don’t offer refunds or pauses to protect the integrity of the group and the outcomes you’re investing in—for yourself and the women beside you.
We are only accepting 20-25 women, so our hope is that you’ll truly honor your seat at the table and take advantage of the opportunities that arise over the course of a full year.
