DIY Rebbl Drink

Sometimes I don't want a full-blown meal or even a thick smoothie. That's when these DIY Rebbl drinks come in handy. When I need just a little sustenance and pep in my step to keep me going during a busy day. I've tested and listed several recipes below, but before we get started, here is your basic shopping list:

  • Unsweetened Nut Milk. My favorite for these recipes is Coconut Milk, but any nut milk will do.

  • A high quality chocolate or vanilla protein. I use Natural Force because of the organically sourced, clean ingredients and yummy flavors.

  • Cold Brew

  • Adaptogens: Maca, Reishi and Ashwaghanda. Adaptogens can be pricey, so feel free to start with one and build your collection from there.

  • Coconut Sugar

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Cinnamon

The other benefit to making these Rebbl-Inspired protein and elixir drinks at home (aside from the money you'll save) is that you can adjust the sugar content to your liking. (I often leave the coconut sugar out all together).

You can also mix and match the adaptogens. Options that would be great substitutes in any of these recipes are Codyceps, Tocos, and He Shou Wu.
